"my family tried the lobby at ace for Sunday brunch, as it was close to the church and the floorless brunch and the menu looked good. there were also options for our two younger children. we were disappointed. When we arrived, we didn't get the brunch menu and had to ask for it. then we said that my wife and I would like to make the brunch, and we would order the menu for the children (9 and 3 years old). we were told that this was not an option, and everyone would have to take part in the brunch table. this was due to the pastry/hole tower and the snack trolley. our children did not care for the spoon or snack cart, and wanted only pancakes and eggs we like to pay for the menu. It's ridiculous that we'll pay the $45 for my 3 year old who won't eat anything from the brunch. I could see it for my 9-year-old, but she didn't want to eat anything from the storms, maybe a bake. our server went to talk to the manager, and we said we had to pay all for the brunch. the manager did not come by and spoke to us. we were very disappointed about the way that was treated. we ordered the child breakfast as they began to get hangry and did not want to try to find something else in the short term. After we had ordered, the server came back and said that she had spoken to another manager who forced the child's brunettes, but we were finished at that point and had already ordered. the first order of the pancakes came out burned and tasted as well. eier were in order, the speck was very smokey. they restored the pancakes and they were in order. I was disappointed by the lack of understanding of a hotel that has suspected that other families that would be in our situation. we were in the city in many other brunettes and had never treated the children like that. we will not go back."

We ordered the children's breakfast as they began to get dresses and did not want to try to find another place at short notice. After we had ordered, the server came back and said that she had spoken to another manager who forced the children's brunettes, but we were done at this point and had already ordered them. The first order of pancakes came out burned and tasted as well. Eggs were fine, the bacon was very smokey. They restored the pancakes and they were all right. I was disappointed by the lack of understanding of a hotel that suspected that other families would be in our situation. We were in the city in many other fractures and had never treated the children like that. We're not going back."
