"Glad we found this hidden gem! Several coworkers mentioned this was the best Chinese restaurant in the area, with one claiming to still drive to this further one despite closer alternatives to his home. We ended up doing take out and ordering the Hunan Crispy Fish Roll and Malaysian Chow Fun Combination (beef, chicken, shrimp, and pork). We were told it would take 15 minutes but the order was ready in 10 minutes. The order was carefully packaged, with several cardboard layers to hold the sauce and other items in place to prevent spilling. It was very wise of them to pack the Hunan sauce separately. The restaurant had implemented a COVID policy of one person in the takeout register area at a time, for those who care. Food-wise, both meals were excellent! The Malaysian chow fun had a nice smokey aroma from the wok and a nice mild spiciness kick. The Hunan crispy fish roll had two large fish fillets and came with fried green beans and 16oz of rice that justified the $16 price tag. We drove 15mins home but the fish was still crispy and hot when we ate. The sweet Hunan sauce was perfectly seasoned. The food was almost enough for 4 people (we just cooked an extra cup of Jasmine rice at home for the Hunan Crispy Fish Roll). Given this is our first time and how good both dishes were, we'll definitely have to come back and try more!"

"This was the absolute worst visit today; dull and no flavor. I’ve come here in the past and it has been better. The prices have increased dramatically and the quality of the food has gone down. I ordered the green beans with chicken and shrimp. There was no shrimp! I was told that it was a “dried shrimp.” No chicken. My partner and I were both disappointed with our food. The shrimp in the fried rice was not deveined (please see photos) and the Mongolian beef had more onion than beef. Our server left for the day and didn’t even ask if we needed anything on his way out the door. I won’t be coming back nor can I recommend it to anyone. Be aware that you have to pay $5.12 an hour for parking; but that’s Seattle."

"Food quality and customer service were amazing here. Very traditional Chinese cuisine with good taste. I ordered shrimp dumplings, the house Chow my (the pan roasted noodles, a mixture of proteins, with engraving a really rare find), and finally Beijing Duck with steamed rolls. I'd go back here, hands down. Heads up: Mobile phone service within the restaurant can be a hit or miss, so note it when you meet with a large group or on a date."

"I've been ordering from this restaurant for two years. They are a very busy restaurant especially for take out. The staff is very nice. Sometimes the food takes longer than expected, but the staff works so hard to make sure every customer is satisfied, so it is worth the wait. Their dinner combos are such great price for what you receive. Even during the recent snow storm, they stayed open as much as they could. If there is a problem with the order, they are very understanding and offer solutions. It is perfect for quick, Chinese take out."

"This was the worst dining experience ever. We had a 7pm dinner reservation and at 7:40pm we were still waiting to be seated. No apologies. Nobody checked on us. We asked to talk to the manager and he didn't seem to care. He said they prioritized and there was nothing he could do. The place was busy so, I guess that's why he didn't care but, with service like that one day it won't. We will never go back."

"Rice Bistro, formerly Lo Coastal Fusion, has a great new Chinese menu. They serve large portions that are resonably priced. They still have sushi but I didn’t see anyone eating it. The shrimp and scallop dish was excellent. Very lightly fried and in a sauce that is hard to describe, but delicious. They have a good wine list and several beers on tap. Very good service and the owner was very visible and approachable to chat with, if you wanted to. It’s easy to get a table now, because it’s new. But that won’t be the case for long."

"I fit the restaurant daily and always wanted to try and finally had a chance for this weekend. The atmosphere and the building are amazing. The people and waiters were friendly and friendly. Our waiter was very well versed in the menu and did not answer any questions we had. Although I don't eat sushi my girlfriend loves it and was impressed by the selections on the menu. I was also very impressed by the other menu items. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. I will definitely be a returning customer!"
