"this is a really great place for a gourmet dinner. our server was fantastic, very knowledgeable and attentive. the restaurant layout was more extensive than we had realized, but a pleasant surprise. I'm going back to the finals. almost notice that eating was very good and portions were great, but underseasoned for my taste, I am a cook at the trade so that I will always be critical."

I am relieved to say she was very pleased with the restaurant’s gluten-free options.I have been here several times and I have yet to be disappointed. "I stayed at The Fredrick Hotel and this restaurant is in some building, Ordered truffle pizza and it was perfect but what I didn’t like is altitude of the guy he looks like manager tall guy with tattoos, he was little bit disrespectful with his altitude, when I make order he didn’t say a word just turn around and left table , he barely said what you whant , you can’t be so full of yourself. And coming on dinner with friends, waiter spilled drink on my friend and he was smiling all night, he didn’t even look that he is sorry, and we sited outside, before they close they take all tables and chairs on one place , this guy who was doing that was throwing chairs and tables so hard I mean obvious he whanted us out but that is not how job is done in serious restaurants! I visited far worse places and they had at least better stuff who acted nice and polite!"

"I have placed my order this morning at 11:28 as I have recommended delivery time followed by slice of 60-75 minutes. our lunchtime starts at 12:25 and I knew there was a chance that our order could come up to 12:45. Once I received a warning that our order came after 1 o'clock, I called the restaurant and asked them to hurry our order so that the students were not hungry as I ordered for them. at 11:45 a.m. the woman at giovanni assured me that we would get our delivery at 12:30 a.m. at 12:47 I called the restaurant again and said the order was already on the way and would arrive in a few minutes. at 1:17 I called the disc, as instructed, because I had not received my order. the representative called twice the restaurant and was sure that the order was in 20 minutes, and then only 5. I was refunded only $10 and had no pizza for hungry students. Once the pizza came, it was best lukewarm, and the quality is not what I expected from giovanni’s. I would not recommend that someone use discs or order of giovanni if they have starving or randomly need food within a two-hour period. we finally got the pizzas (we only ordered 2 and nothing special) at 13:38 clock 130 minutes after my order."

"This place has a nice variety of foods. They usually don't take too long to get your order ready but they are a little pricey for what it is. The waiters and waitresses are mostly really nice to us everytime we go. I like that it has sort of a vintage look to it and a homey feeling."

"I grew up in Stamford years ago when we stopped after the parade and the boy they used to put in prison. I'm not here so long, I can't really tell you if the pizza tastes the same. "I hit this place whenever I am on the upper west. Solid service, can get in and out pretty quick (if its not packed on a weekend). Place has been there forever, allot of regulars and locals eat there so you know its decent. Good burgers that are fresh and cooked right (charred). Not the cheapest place but I'd rather pay up and eat a good burger."

"Never disappointed!!, I’ve ordered many times in this casual eatery and everything was VERY good and fresh. They have several options and toppings (vegetables, sauces, meats) to add to your salad, quinoa bowls, pasta and lunch menu. They also offer gluten free options. This place is much better than ones that I have been in Manhattan. The sizes are good enough to keep you satisfied for the rest of the day. Service is good and the staff is friendly. Worth the money for a lot of tasty veggies and protein"

"we went to jubilee for the first time. After we had set ourselves, the host asked for our drink order and brought them with us. then we waited 30 minutes and we had no broth, yet another waiter who picks up our order. I finally had to get up and find a waiter and ask them to take over our order. at this point we jumped over the appetizers and went straight for our meal. Once our order was placed, we got our brot and we had another waiter coming to us and apologised that he was not told that we were table. we said it was good, I ordered a bottle of wine at this place, and our food came fast. after the first bite, my man and I thought it was good to wait. it was amazing! we were well balanced for the long waiting period and we will definitely go back."

"Food was tasty and that’s about it. Service was all around terrible. They brought the wrong order to my dining companion and for some reason brought my order back too, even though my order was correct. I had to flag down the server to bring my food back over otherwise it was going to sit out until the other correct order was ready?! Waters were never refilled during the meal. Our server never came to check in on us yet we saw him talking to all other tables around us. At the end of the meal I asked our server if bread comes with the meal since I saw several tables around us with bread. His response was that it’s free but you have to ask them for it and then they’ll bring it… overall good food but not worth it for the bad service and all around experience."

"Order lunch from this place periodically. The food is not consistent. Sometimes it is amazing, sometimes it’s just alright.One somewhat annoying part is that you don’t always get charged the same price for the same thing. Sometimes it is about a $1 or $2 more than in the menus. Not a huge deal, but it is kind of annoying. You don’t know if the person overcharging you by mistake, because they don’t remember the correct price or if that’s done on purpose. A $1 or 2 on a $10 order is 10-20% difference. Other than that, this place is OK for occasional ordering."

"I have been sick for three days, so my lack of appetite wasn't the restaurant's fault. However, when I finally felt a bit hungry and decided to follow my girlfriend's suggestion to have a nutritious meal, I was disappointed. The chicken in my Caesar salad was served in a thin, unappetizing piece rather than chopped up. The portion consisted of only 4 croutons and about 10 pieces of wilted lettuce, all wrapped in a quesadilla-like style for $12. It seemed like the dish was haphazardly put together, as if a 10-year-old had made it on a whim. To make matters worse, the salad was assembled with dressing, lettuce, and all in a microwave, resulting in a soggy mess that was completely inedible. It's frustrating when a restaurant doesn't seem to care about the quality of their food. If you're not going to put effort into making a dish properly, then just don't offer it on the menu. Customers come to eat because they are hungry and relying on the restaurant to provide a satisfying meal. This kind of disregard for customer satisfaction is simply disrespectful."
