"Justin De Leon, acclaimed photographer, wanted to try something else. In addition to his photographic skills, he has 25 years of experience in pizza production. Why not combine visual images and pizza? On 28 July 2012, the ingredients of the experience have paid out with the opening of the Apollonia Pizzeria. The interior is a visual experience along with a show of pizza potting for the perfect pizza chest. This is pizza where you take your time to enjoy the aromas of yeasty dough and let your taste experience buds aromas of really crafty pizza. Justin's wife Linda is the perfect host and always talks to the guests and ensures that they enjoy every minute of their pizzeria experience. They use locally grown ingredients from the local community farmers' markets, neighborhood bakeries and local meat retailers."

"this is not the first time we were in tiramisu trattoria, nor will it be the last. what comes back to us is the quality of all food, especially the sauces. the service is great, however, and the servicemen are knowledgeable and helpful. the only complaining is that for the last two paintings they don't all work their beer on hahn. a little disappointment for a beating, but my wife is very happy with the great part of the wee."

"Disappointing. not even anyone else there and poor service took a long time to get my food. nice enough but never even asked how it was or offered to refill my water. maherghita pizza has just regular cheese and lacks flavor. had to offer hot pepper to be edible. large and decent price but my homemade is tastier and could have made from scratch in the time i waited. great reviews and wanted to find a new local place to go but no luck. maybe just a bad one off and might try again"
