"The food was delicious as usual, but the service was not good. Our waiter was rude, Arrogant and nasty. When he saw that we were upset, he said “I’m sorry we got off on the wrong foot” let’s start again. He brought my husband “a drink on him”, but, Our evening was already ruined because we were made to feel uncomfortable and stupid as to our knowledge of the choices on the special menu when we asked him to repeat two of them. We are frequent customers of this restaurant and have never encounter this waiter before, even though he told us that he has been working there for a year. He also had an attitude when we asked him his name. Follow up: Manager called me the next day and wanted to know more information. He assured me that this was not acceptable and would never happen again and to ask for him if we came back. I told him of course we would be back, the food is always excellent and one bad experience will not keep us away. Kudos to good management"
