"In response to a recent negative comment from a disgruntled customer, I just want to say that as a server in Ridgefield, I know how challenging it can be to deal with customers who only come in using coupons and expect to use multiple ones at once. Additionally, it’s unreasonable to expect free items or to pressure staff into giving them away when they’re clearly working hard. This kind of attitude can surely frustrate any restaurant owner or manager."
