"I have placed my order this morning at 11:28 as I have recommended delivery time followed by slice of 60-75 minutes. our lunchtime starts at 12:25 and I knew there was a chance that our order could come up to 12:45. Once I received a warning that our order came after 1 o'clock, I called the restaurant and asked them to hurry our order so that the students were not hungry as I ordered for them. at 11:45 a.m. the woman at giovanni assured me that we would get our delivery at 12:30 a.m. at 12:47 I called the restaurant again and said the order was already on the way and would arrive in a few minutes. at 1:17 I called the disc, as instructed, because I had not received my order. the representative called twice the restaurant and was sure that the order was in 20 minutes, and then only 5. I was refunded only $10 and had no pizza for hungry students. Once the pizza came, it was best lukewarm, and the quality is not what I expected from giovanni’s. I would not recommend that someone use discs or order of giovanni if they have starving or randomly need food within a two-hour period. we finally got the pizzas (we only ordered 2 and nothing special) at 13:38 clock 130 minutes after my order."

"We have always liked the quality of food , service and family environment of Vincitorios. But like many other COVID pandemic had an impact on both during the past couple of years. However, no more.....Vincitorios is back to its highest level of food, service and environment. Our family had a wonderful dinner celebrating my father's 82nd birthday and we genuinely didn't want to leave when dinner was over. The talent of their long time musicians Sarah Vanell and Billy Ward only added to the special night. No special celebration needed we will be back on a regular basis simply to enjoy the warm environment and outstanding food."

"old school. the time design at this place is real people. 100 years old restaurants are as rare as 100 years old people! I mean, man, the average age for a restaurant in the usa is under 10 years. but this place is not a trick pony, eating is great and the service also rocks their socks. we sit in the front dining room and back. front is a little quieter back is more alive. "I was invited to this restaurant based on positive recommendations. Upon entering, the friendly staff greeted our group. Our waitress was well-informed about the menu and specials when we placed our order. We began with calamari as an appetizer. My main course was the shrimp and lobster pasta, and we also ordered a children's pasta. For dessert, we chose bread pudding. The calamari was flavorful with tomato sauce and corn. It was cooked perfectly, tender rather than crunchy. The shrimp and lobster pasta was delicious and offered a good portion for its price. Everything was tender and full of flavor. The children's pasta was appropriately sized for a kid's meal. The bread pudding was a delightful treat with a soft texture. The warm pudding and ice cream on top created a satisfying contrast. This restaurant truly lives up to its reputation. I've already recommended it to others, and I'm eager to return and try more dishes. By the way, the experience was so good that I visited their adjoining bakery, Baked Buns, to bring home more treats!"

"My wife and I used Frugatti's to cater our wedding at the Metro Galleries downtown on July 14. We used them because their food is outstanding as we had their most popular dishes in the chicken mushroom as well as the lasagna. We also had their famous stuffed mushrooms, salad, and rolls to finish off the meal. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious as Frugatti's did their part to make our special day perfect. Beyond the outstanding food, the service was top notch. Two young gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly serving all of our guests their food and making everyone feel important. They even served my new bride and I so that we can further feel special on our most important day. The two servers were attentive to the needs of our guests by filling up drinks often and busing the tables in a timely matter. Frugatti's was extremely easy to work with, food was outstanding, and the service at our wedding really made our day special. I can't say thank you enough and if their were more stars, I would give them to Frugatti's. We also had a lot of guests from out of town that spoke very highly of the food and service. "One of the first places where I and my wife go when we met 12 years ago. it was a fantastic family square with a big train inside. Today, what was a bit of a change, the restaurant looks somewhat typical. "I relocated to the area five months ago and have dined at this restaurant three or four times. Each visit has been a delightful experience. The food, service, and value are all outstanding. However, the atmosphere could benefit from some modernization. Last night, I had the fish and chips, and it was amazing! The portions of cod were quite generous, and the fries were hot and crispy. "This was our first visit to The Hill in St. Louis. It is an established close nit Italian neighborhood filled with restaurants, pubs and restaurants on every corner. Parking is curling everywhere. We arrived late on a Saturday night, so everything was crowded. We chose Guidos by chance. My wife had the Veal Picatta and Bruschettas. She loved the Picatta, but thought the Bruschettas were slandered. I had the Veal Marsala. The wort on each dish was great, and the salad was chefs custom blend and taste. We were very impressed by the overall texture and taste of all dishes, and service was excellent Italian! Since the diner is so popular, it was a bit loud for my comfort. Overall, Guidos is definitely a 5 ."
