"Ciao needs to improve its staffing. We waited 15 minutes just to place our drink order, another 15 minutes for our food order, and then 30 to 45 minutes for our meals to arrive. Additionally, the music in the bar area was too loud. The restaurant really needs to choose whether it wants to be a bar or an upscale dining establishment, as the two atmospheres don't blend well."
