"Very disappointed. I’ve dined at the Twigs in Farmington and had a great experience. The SLC Twigs is more like a diner. No ambience, my food might have been good except the fish was served barely warm. The server knew nothing about wine. She brought the wrong bottle, broke the cork while opening the bottle and then did not pour for us to taste. She just poured two full glasses. Not a great Valentines romantic evening for $130. We won’t go back."

"The bento boxes are huge!!! You could feed four people with this. I've been eating for an hour and a half and only finished one of the four compartments and some of my soup. The dumplings are good (I think they were shrimp Simao but not at all fishy). Miso is perfectly balanced. Only complaints is the sauces aren't labeled and there was only one shrimp tempura the rest was all veggie tempura. You can feed four mildly hungry people with this."

"This place is fantastic! If you love sushi and you love UNLIMITED, this is the place to be! After you sit down you get a piece of paper to fill out with what selections you'd like. After the first round, you can order again and again. Pro-tip, don't waste your time ordering the basic sushi, go for all of the specialty roles since it's unlimited! The service is good and it's also BYOB which is another plus!"

"Saturday afternoon. restaurant was not busy. the waiter has taken orders immediately. we ordered drinks and a starter and lunch. 25 minutes later we finally got our drinks. the entries arrived about 10 minutes later, but no appetizer yet. the waiter finally brought out and claimed that they had to cut “more potatoes” because they ran out. no mention. the food was good. service not so much. if the restaurant had been busy, it might have been more understandable. throughout our time in twigs we have observed our waiter, the MULTIPLE times at the table near us, also at a point sitting on this table. He knew the people and was more concerned about visiting them than to visit his other customers. unnecessary to say we were not impressed by his service. what happened to good service?"

"The hibachi meats are plain-tasting but come with amazing sauces, BUT they forget to put the sauces in very frequently and the hibachi dinners really aren't good without the sauces. If you call them about it they tell you to talk to Doordash, and the Doordash refund for missing sauces is $2 (on a $30 hibachi meal). It's happened to us periodically, including the last three times we ordered: over $100 each time and the food was worse than we could have made at home. We end up disappointed and feeling like we were ripped off."

"I forgot to take a picture of the beef patty because BABY!!!!! I ate that beef patty in 6 bites... it 's so flaky, and the beef filling is so fresh. They were out of veggie patties, but I was fine they salmon patty also be slappin ' '!!! Anyways I had to order the stew peas immediately when my greedy ass saw it. I was like, yessssssss... not everywhere makes good stew peas with pig tail (okay!!!)I ordered a small, and the lady was super sweet and definitely filled up my plate with enough food. This was so good like literally I am coming back for the same order lol. Food is fresh and the place is well kept. Very busy so expect so wait time."

"The Kabuto Trio hibachi dinner was packaged beautifully. Everyone was excited to share it at our hotel. As far as the Takoyaki was I can confidently say it was the best I have had in the Phila metro area! WOW! The edamame was a generous portion. We needed a quick buffet spread for our team while we worked nearby. I placed our order at 7:17pm and by 8:15 I was able to set up our food buffet style and everyone was full and buzzing about the impromptu party Kabuto helped us create. It was so easy to communicate our needs between the DoorDash app and their quick responses on Facebook Messenger."

"On a Friday evening there was a pickup (3 regular roles). You said it was ready for 20 minutes, and food was made on time! You are the most responsible in their COVID answer with: -Wooden door Plexiglas, and a bell you need when you arrive. -Dispenser for food delivery by sanitary and used - and a transfer opening for credit card/cash payments. Only edition: The roles were somewhat smaller than what I was used at Izu in Long Branch. And they charge .50 for spicy Mayo sauce on the side. (Free from Izu). But the food was fresh and punctual. And they had the best COVID prevention plan."

"Has really downhill since covid. Aside from the prices increasing to match touristy Manhattan spots (which unfortunately has happened all 9ver Brooklyn), the entire atmosphere has gone down. It's like no one cares. The glasses aren't cleaned properly either. The picture is a glass of water I did not touch. The issue for me was the lipstick stain on the outer side. That being said, their fish is fresh. Only saving grace."
