"Outstanding food, every time we visit. As always, the stuffed squash blossoms are spectacular, as was the risotto with shaved black truffle. Pasta carbonara is the best I have ever had. Can't recommend any place better to dine."

"Before our theater evening, we had dinner at Union. The service was exceptional, allowing us to have a glass of wine before our meal. Our salmon dish was expertly cooked and very generous. We had leftovers to take home and our waiter kindly offered to store them in the kitchen for us. I would highly recommend this restaurant."
