"Last night at 7:30pm, my party paid $65 for a meal that we were told would arrive in 30 minutes. However, it did not arrive until close to 10pm. When we tried to call the restaurant to inquire about the delay, no one answered. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, poorly prepared, and extremely disappointing. We contacted the manager, Tony, today to express our dissatisfaction and request a refund or credit, but were told that nothing could be done. It is disappointing to receive such poor service and subpar food after spending double the expected amount. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant."
