"This is really good pizza but unfortunately the restaurant closes too early. That 's OK but what 's NOT OK is that they close BEFORE their claimed closing time. I arrived at 8:59 pm to pick up a pizza that they did charge for, and the business was closedshut and dark already, before the 9:00 pm closing time. Didn 't even get a warning call or anything about them planning toclose early. I 'm happy to change this review to be 5 stars and emphasize how delicious the pizza is and how friendly theservers are if somehow this practice stops, of closing a few minutes earlier than indicated (particularly when there 's a pizzato be picked up on the rack)."

"Ordered online through the Round Table website, picking this location. 20 mins after ordering I received a text saying my order was approaching. 40 mins later and no food. I called the store only to be advised they use doordash for delivery and that thepizza left 40 mins ago. They did not offer anything else but that. I had to call back 2 more times and PUSH for arefund...which I still don't know if I will receive. Had to call another location and reorder once confirming they use theirown, paid drivers."

"DINE IN CUSTOMER. I've been here once before and the service was outstanding. Went yesterday about 2:15 and was very disappointed. There was only 1 other person in the restaurant and the majority of the tables were dirty. Found the cleanest of the dirtiest and still had to clean it myself with a napkin. Our order took more than 30 minutes. 4 people came in and left with their pie, obviously call in orders. Appears that this Round Table caters to call in requests and the dine in customers just have to wait. Yep, they lost my business."
