"I had to send back the food during my recent visit to this restaurant. The pasta dish I ordered was barely warm, covered in too much sauce, congealed cheese, and clumpy pasta. The service was almost non-existent. Although I have dined at this restaurant multiple times in the past, I have never experienced such poor quality of food and service before."
