"my husband, my daughter and I often eat. I could even say that we have become food of the okanagan. we do our best to try something new every month. we have eaten in oak cru once or twice, only for. or a fast snack. we decided to give it to dinner. wow! only wow! what a pleasant surprise! our server was anthony and he was nothing shy of spectacular! he was friendly, knowledgeable and his recommendations were perfect! we had a few cocktails, most of which were under the advice of anthony and all were delish! To dinner we had the crust hoolibut, the steak and the steel head. I honestly couldn't tell them what was best. they were all amazing! an absolute must is the skill-smores for dessert. I don't care how full they order it! when they read one of my reviews, they will know that I am a great advocate of good service. I think the chic of a restaurant is really in the hands of the server because they create the experience. anthony did this! We all returned to the car and shaved all the way to the house, how wonderful he was and how he did our night. our monthly tradition of eating will continue, but let me tell them anthony has set the bar so high, I am not sure that every restaurant has ever measured for the experience he has provided us. nice anthony! I hope their bosse realize what they are for one they are in their device! we hope to see them again!"

"I ordered the sampler platter. the potato skins were legit two halves of a baked potato crispy skin and fluffy potato with a fair amount of toppings. The chicken fingers were the size of chicken breasts and so crispy and moist. the cheese sticks were nothing special. It was enough food for two people."

I called a week in advance for a party on 20 people. they said I was all ready, I had a table reserved and everything. to the luck I called the day before to confirm because they completely dropped my reservation. After waiting for 20 minutes, 4 people answered and told me that I had never stopped and that they could not join my party. to boot, the waitress hanged on me when I asked what to do. I called back, talked to the owner, no repentance. great customer service, snookers (just a sweat that I am attracted, there are other places to drink and play pool."

"first: FIVE stars for eating. it was delicious. so fresh! the brot was excellent, everything was skillfully joined by the sandwich manufacturer. even the chips were delicious! second: two stars for cleanliness. it was pretty bad. doors, tables, even outside the tables, all grimmy. the place needs a good cleaning! last: three stars for service. it took forever to get our food. the commands were secured and no one was in a hurry behind the counter. that was frustrating. overall we go back because it was so good to eat and that was worth waiting. hoping it will be cleaned and the service will improve."

"A friend told me this place has the best friends. So we went and I tried. The fries tasted good, but it wasn't really my thing. But I'm sure another person really likes it. "Well.....I am not that black person that would ever play the race card BECAUSE I am a black man, happily married for 37 years to my beautiful white wife but today's visit to Schlotzsky's 862 in Flower Mound, really felt that way. The young man that took my order was very nice and customer service oriented when he took my order. As I waited, I noticed how welcoming and nice the other young man and young lady working in the front, were being with 4 other customers that came in and left, as I waited for my order to be completed. I noticed that these customers were greeted and as they left, were told thank you and have a good day. My order was finally completed, placed on the counter, and the buzzer I was holding was activated. As I walked up to the counter to get my order, neither of the 2 workers said a word to me. The person that placed my order on the counter had walked away. Both of the previously mentioned workers, that had given the other customers such good service, were standing there and never said a word to me. I stood there for at least 30 seconds, thinking that they would at least greet me and give me my order but I received nothing. I am a hard-working, black man and since we have lived in the Corinth area, that was only the 2nd time that I have ever felt that the color of my skin mattered. My wife and I have been to this location several times but as of today, we will be going the further distance to the Lewisville location. I can say that our order was correct and very tasty as usual. I only give this review to let management and the public know that that the world is changing but not fast enough."

"First off, let me say that I love Schlotzsky's. I ordered a deluxe original sandwich but received a regular one instead. I informed the staff of the mistake, but it was not corrected. Prior to our visit, someone had spilled a drink on the floor, which made it hazardous to walk around. Despite warnings from other patrons, the mess was not cleaned up during our entire meal. The restaurant only has a few tables, making it difficult to avoid stepping in the spill. The layout of the store is too small, making the kitchen appear cramped and affecting the level of service."
