"Manager was very rude after going thru the drive thru window and note it's around 230pm and they are not busy at all but anyway I go thru the window very polite lady took my order then my payment and told me to pull around the other side of the building and she would bring it out to me 1 hot and ready pizza nothing and a 20 oz drink no problem I pull around next thing I know the manager comes outside very rude tone and says u need to move your vehicle now this is not a parking spot they are pointed this way and are over there move your vehicle like wow lady really could of said it in a different manner it's not like y'all's parking lot lines are even visible they are very very faded like your personality maybe y'all should consider having hot and ready pizzas actually hot and ready or get better ppl skills bc of id been in a bad mood things might have went different for u but glad I was able to be professional for u hope u have a better day than I did today god bless everyone have a wonderful evening"

"Called my order in beforehand it was available for pickup in 8 mins, friendly staff...my only complaint happened awhile ago I called my order in did not check pizza before I left store..I ordered 1 lg cheese 1 Lg pepperoni they gave me 2 Pepperoni. When I attempted to resolve the situation I was told I needed to speak with the person whom had taken my order..which happened to be the owner Brendan. It took over a week or two to catch up with him...however I am a regular in this place so I figured that I could easily resolve this...WRONG. Brendan apologized about the mix up had the AUDACITY to offer me a sauce for this...as if it could take the place of a Lg pizza. I told him did this NOT fly. So then he asked if I still had my receipt...this dude sees me sometimes multiple times within a WEEK. My kids LOVE this place! He eventually replaced my pizza with a pizza but insisted next time I keep my receipt... NO PROBLEM! Show some customer appreciation....especially when you recognize them as regulars!"

"Was disappointed in the oval shaped deep dish and ICB I got that didn't have the nice crispy edge.Not really even complaining, just let the new people know that on a square pan, you have to stretch the dough out a couple inches past the corners and then lay it back down in the pan. It will look a little wadded up, but when it shrinks, it will keep the shape.And then, cheese right up to the edges so you get that crispy cheese ring. Deep dish pizza isn't supposed to have bare dough crust.I'm sure it's still gonna be delicious, but im from Detroit and these definitely aren't Detroit style.Looking forward to my next order! You guys got this"
