"Was disappointed in the oval shaped deep dish and ICB I got that didn't have the nice crispy edge.Not really even complaining, just let the new people know that on a square pan, you have to stretch the dough out a couple inches past the corners and then lay it back down in the pan. It will look a little wadded up, but when it shrinks, it will keep the shape.And then, cheese right up to the edges so you get that crispy cheese ring. Deep dish pizza isn't supposed to have bare dough crust.I'm sure it's still gonna be delicious, but im from Detroit and these definitely aren't Detroit style.Looking forward to my next order!
