"Another significant issue is their inconsistent kitchen hours. For instance, on the evening of January 15, 2013, at 8:35 PM, I called to order a pizza and wings, only to be informed by the person on the phone that it was too late to place an order. According to their website, the kitchen is supposed to close an hour before the restaurant shuts down (10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends), but I've found that after 8 PM, it's hit or miss whether they're willing to take your order. As a result, for the fourth time in two years, I've decided to take my business elsewhere."
