"My son and I stopped in the pretzel shop inside the Walmart in Elyria at 3:00pm. Nobody greeted us and both workers were otherwise busy with counting money and the kid looked at me and said we're closed. I have never seen any place inside a storethat would close in the middle of the day and the kid wasn't even nice about it. I have never been greeted there ever theemployees act like your bothering them for them to do their job. I'm going to look up the corporate number and talk to themabout how their store and it's employees aren't working. Oh and I love writing reviews I actually have a following on Google."

"The cinnamon pretzel was incredibly delicious, but I had to wait 30 minutes for it. That was a bit of a hassle, but at least it was fresh!"

"The last three times I have ordered here they have screwed up my order. I love auntie Anne's and go to the NEX location extremely regularly but this location is abysmal. The first time, I ordered from them through grubhub. They gave me a medium lemonade when I ordered a large, and completely missed one of my two dipping sauces. The second time I walked in the store and ordered in person. They gave me a nacho cheese instead of a cream cheese. The third time I ordered a cookie from their subway counter with my pretzel and asked to try the new chocolate mint chip cookie, snd was given a traditional chocolate chip cookie. They have yet to give me a complete correct order once."

"We visited this location today and they have a bunch of young kids working there that are extremely rude!! They were all laughing and cussing amoungst themselves and was completely ignoring the long line that was backed out in to the mall. I counted4 families walked away from the line. Once we got to the register, the young girl was on her phone and drinking her drink whileI was trying to order and she rang us up for the wrong thing and over charged us. As we were standing there, they were all moreworried about gossiping about other employees, laughing and slandering other employees about their personal appearance andcussing. My daughter is standing there and it got to the point I asked her to walk down the mall while I waited on the order. Ifinally got our smoothies and pretzel dogs I said something about their language and them being rude and they started laughingand mocking me. Management needs to get a hold of this problem ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
