"the restaurant is beautiful. the service is very good. the food was missing, however. we had (3) fried green tomaten with crabs. there were precious little crab on third tomato, only dry microgreen. tobasco smear was pretty, but ineffective when going with tomaten. too runny to fork; too minimal to spoon. without them there was not much taste for the court. my middle steak was deep red and cool. it was sent back and was good to return. seemingly, the field bellies got a double dosis of garni; there was no tasting of the peasant at all, only the crust. and a flat bowl instead of cup would make it easier to sneak out the peasant. my man cost his broccolini. the dessert should be a brotpudding with a pumpkin, was more like just the topping on a fruit spice. very subtle taste: simply sweet. everyone was so nice, but it wasn't eating. I wonder if you guys weren't in the house?"
