"Take out order was complete mess. Food soggy. Pizza stacked on top of each other jammed in to go big made for a mushy pizza sandwich. No lid on appetizer, which I think is how rest of food and take out bag got saturated. The kicker here is in trying to make things better for the next person, I dm?d this place to give them feedback so I didn?t have to resort to a bad review. I don?t want free meal during next visit or any of that handout fix. I only want a piece of mind that my review will better the next person. Their GM asked for my contact to reach out to me?.crickets. I responded several times and still no response. It is clear they (he/she) doesn?t value my experience enough to better their product and service. I?m hoping this GM will figure out customer service and represent the owners better in the future."

"I live in Texas, but my dear friend has lived in Great Falls since childhood. We eat at least twice at Jaker. The scones and honey butter are a treat, and the BLT with avocado is consistently delicious, superior, every I?ve found everywhere! The choice of beers is impressive. Service is attentive, warm and friendly, without being intrusive. Very recommended!"

"I hate to share such a bad review but my experience was pretty bad. I ordered the cap steak by recommendation of the waitress (who was generally pretty nice and understanding). When it arrived I took 2 bites from the edge and it tasted fine but as I cut deeper I noticed it was practically raw inside. I had ordered medium rare and it was beyond rare. I asked the waitress to take it back which she happily did, noting herself that it was too rare. She came back with it a few minutes later. I knew something was wrong when she said the plate was hotter than before? pretty much telling me they microwaved it. I didn?t complain, though. As I cut into it again it was still raw! And since it had been microwaved the texture was unpleasant. For a $33 meal this should not have happened. But then it got worse! Keep in mind that I was very composed and calm. I wasn?t rude in any way and the waitress even apologized for my ?disaster of a meal?. I asked her to take the steak away which she did. I considered leaving to eat elsewhere but I was pretty hungry so I decided to order something else. The sides (mashed potatoes and broccoli) were left on the table. I asked for utensils since mine had been taken as I figured I?d eat the sides while I waited for my food as I was starving. I ordered a regular cheeseburger thinking what could go wrong with a cheeseburger?. well that was answered. It came out several minutes later. The cheese was like half solid and half melted which wasn?t too appealing but other than that it looked decent. Then about 3 bites into it it completely fell apart. The meat split apart and all of the toppings fell out. To make it worse, it was just a burger on a plate? no fries just the burger. I had finished the two sides from the steak already so I asked why it didn?t come with fries. She said that the sides from the steak counted as my side for the burger!!! So you mess up my steak twice, leave me without a meal (other than the sides) for a decent amount of time and then you count the sides (which were almost cold by the time I got the utensils) from the first order as the sides for my burger??? What type of customer service is that? I don?t fully blame the waitress as I?m almost certain the problem was in the back of house but it was the worst customer service I?ve experienced in a while. I try to leave only positive reviews for restaurants as I?m well aware of the impact reviews can have on business but this was so ridiculous I had to leave a review. I?m not sure if I?ll ever go back but if I do I hope the experience is immeasurably better."

"omg! I still have water mouth when I think of seafood alfredo I order. I wish there was a two-g in phoenix. it is better than the olive garden. they have a large portion and it is good for two on pasta. eating is delicious and the staff is friendly and it feels like they are in a good restaurant. they serve an evening dinner rolls are delicious and warm. Many thanks for the good food and service."

"Place is great, the staff is wonderful and always accommodating. Dustin leads the place with passion and commitment and you can say because it rubs on the staff. The food is phenomenal and beer list even better. The Ribs and Fried chicken sandwich are my favorites! The curds and wings for beginners are absolutely delicious! "A friend turned me to this place about three weeks ago. I have to try it last night and his great! The owner is a super nice guys going out his way to make sure you are happy and he didn't even need because the pizza was more than enough to please me! I always go back there! It doesn't matter to drive into town for great food and great service! Very recommended!"

"Chicken strips were huge, little dry. Food was good, although cold upon arrival. Few minutes in the broiler fixed that. Salad was meh, but the meal hit the spot, as far as cravings. Couldnt find salad and strips anywhere. I miss Howards. For the price I could have just gone to Wendys, and bought three dinners, and had the same quality. Jakers is solid, but I guess you just pay for disappointment anymore. Always better to eat there. I think Fice Guys is the most consistent thru DoorDash- alsways hot, and fresh."
