"bushfire kitchen makes me want to cry the best wise. I had so many terrible, embarrassing experiences that try to find good gluten-free food since I was diagnosed with celiac’s disease. they have all these places that advertise gluten-free eating and end up cross contamination or restaurants with a gluten-free product on the menu just to find out that it is not gluten-free at all and at the end embarrassing they ask for so many about their menu and then they have bushfire. a safer place where almost everything on the menu is safe for me to eat. with various articles and different aromes and presentations. it's just so nice to see for me, and maybe that's just me a little dramatic (or much) but I'm just so grateful for all those who have to eat the food and restaurant as hospitable and safe for people who need to eat gluten-free. it's really hard for me to eat in general, but you make it so much easier. Thank you."
