"I believe that this restaurant should be removed from OpenTable! The "reservation" they offer is not really a reservation at all, but rather just a place in line. My family of six made a dinner reservation for the designated time, only to arrive and discover that we had to wait for an hour. This is clearly misleading to claim it as a reservation."

"This restaurant used to be a great upgrade from CiCi's Pizza, but it has gone downhill. The restrooms were very dirty and the floors in the dining areas were littered and dirty. We had to ask for silverware, straws, and refills. The olive oil for dipping bread tasted bitter and cheap, which was also mentioned by other diners nearby. While the food tasted okay, we were disappointed overall and will not be returning. We cannot recommend this restaurant anymore."

"I made my reservation on open table and told the hostess, she just said ok and proceeded to seat me. She sat me down and I still had to call her back to ask for a high chair. When I asked for the high chair, she said she had to move my son and I. She then out us at a table when I requested a booth. At this point I was annoyed and ready to eat as well as my yr old. We had to wait a while for our waiter to come up and take our drink order then again to take our order. I even contemplated just leaving because it was taking too long. Instead I stayed and when we finally got our food it was good. That’s pretty much all that was good about our experience"

"Whenever I visit CPK, I always find myself wondering: Which pizza will I choose this time? They have a wide variety of pizzas with unique toppings, ensuring there's something for everyone! The salads are also fantastic. I wouldn't recommend the pasta, though, as it doesn't quite match the quality of the other dishes. The service and cleanliness are impressive, so no complaints there. As with any good restaurant, be prepared for a wait on Friday or Saturday nights."
