"I cannot stress enough how disappointing it is when a restaurant fails to deliver even the most basic of services in a timely manner.As a paying customer, one should not have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for their food (40+ mins after drinks arrived) nor should they have to watch others who came in after them receive their meals before they do!Came all the way from Brooklyn was disappointed.Furthermore, the lack of communication and transparency from the restaurant staff only adds insult to injury. If there is a delay in the kitchen or if there are any issues with the order, it is the responsibility of the restaurant to inform their customers and provide updates on the status of their food."
