"Unfortunately, while my food was quite tasty, everyone on my table (of 4) was disappointed in service (very slow, though you were telling an employee about the bar, tried very hard to be everything for all). At least one other person on our table was disappointed with the quality/taste of their food and two were disappointed in the size of the portion. I asked for Frank (the owner? who confirmed my reservation with about a week before our arrival) and a gentleman who had imagined himself like Marcello earlier came by and said he was Frank... then he said Marcello again. Very confusing. It was not so busy though it is a small place, so the slow service doesn't really make sense. Pretty sure to say that we probably don't go back... Overall good food, not very good service (although we first paid more attention than we were at the bar). We had better gallentines..."
