"I believe there are two main reasons why this restaurant is frequently empty: the high prices for their 5-ingredient salad bowls and the poor customer service. I understand the reasoning behind the prices, as they want to be seen as a upscale, healthy lunch spot. However, the staff seems to struggle with taking orders and often get the ingredients wrong. They also seem to have difficulty handling more than one customer at a time. It would benefit them to improve their mixing skills and potentially undergo some training."
