"I'm Cuban. As a Cuban, I take personally watching restaurants screwing up basic Cuban food as seriously as these people.The problem with this restaurant is the manager (Miguel) who is horrible at his job. Miguel has ZERO regard for the people who eat or order from there. Told me directly that he can't be bothered with what people think. That he doesn't care, because they get 250+ regardless of how bad their food is. He blamed Covid for the pickiness of people when I asked why they have a 77% on seamless (lowest I've ever seen).As soon as they get rid of this guy and decide to be authentic on the Cuban side, instead of gimmicky, they can let me know and I will try. In the meantime, that guy is in the wrong business. You can't put a McDonald's guy in charge of a nice place like this.Get it together."
