"My scallop dish had a large, sharp piece of plastic in it that almost caused me to bite into it. I lost my appetite and barely touched the dish. I informed the server, and the manager came to apologize and said they would remove it from the bill. However, they still tried to charge me for the replacement dish I ordered. It wasn't until I expressed my disappointment that they took further action. As regular customers, this treatment was unacceptable."
