"To be fair, it's a fish restaurant. there were not many options. most include salate and ask for no cheese or speck. I decided for the veggie penne and underheated the crimped butter sauce for garlic crimped oil. It was pretty good. the **** mary was good, but I didn't have to ask for a garnel. server was great."

"Everything about this restaurant was fantastic! Mamilla is a unique experience In the LA kosher dining scene. It has great ambience, service and food. Great choice both for dining with friends and business colleagues. I had out of town guests who would normally not be going to a kosher restaurant but were very impressed with Mamilla. The food portions are large and the specialty cocktails are exotically satisfying! I would highly recommend Mamilla."

"We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The excellent service we received greatly contributed to our enjoyable evening. The food was prepared exceptionally well. We understand that as a new location, there were no specials available. However, we hope that in the future there will be specials or seasonal menu changes to keep things interesting. Without specials, the restaurant runs the risk of becoming predictable. Overall, we were very impressed with our first visit and look forward to returning."

"I often painted this place and wondered why it was always empty. Now I know why. My friend and I went to Light Bistro, who had fed exactly zero people on Saturday night. We were told by a smelling man wearing an annoying shirt that we had to stay at one of these high tables due to a reservation situation in the bar. Our Bland Food was served within half an hour while the restaurant was completely empty. I am sure that in this difficult economic time, people will continue to pack in this place with overpriced food, which obviously thinks too much of themselves."
