"We had to re-book our baby shower here last minute, because another venue has fallen through and canceled us a week before our event. Lauren was very accommodating and we were able to book our same date time and immaculate rebook here! It was definitely an upgrade. Customer service was excellent, the employees helped us set up, they often asked if we needed something and made sure everything was perfect for us and the event was nice. We had the Betsy Ross room and it was perfect for 30 people. The food was very fresh, the only criticism was that it was very bland and lacked seasonal, which did not seem to be their normal standard for food, as far as taste goes, and given the cost per dish bc they are a little expensive. We were also charged an additional $100 for a Soda Bar, which I did not ask and unfortunately no one drank, but considering how they were for us, I did not raise a problem with it and we were still satisfied with everything. Great event, thank you again! Will definitely hold another event here."
