"We stayed at the Loews Philadelphia for a family wedding. Banks and Bourbon is attached. I cannot lie, when given a choice to have a Philadelphia eating experience, we ventured to Reading Terminal almost daily however on the 4th of July, RT was closed so we headed back to our hotel and Banks Bourbon for breakfast. Oatmeal, Belgian waffle with fruit and omelette for our family were all exceptional as was our waitress Jasmine. You just can't train the kindness, joy, attentiveness and overall wonderful personality that Jasmine shared with us. An unexpected surprise dining experience to end our wonderful trip."

"Tried out Bank Bourbon for its Thanksgiving buffet and bourbon offerings and while there were some highlights, there were definitely some areas for improvement. The interior space was well setup and very nicely decorated, with a cool modern design and we were quickly seated after showing up for our 2pm reservation. While the buffet had a nice variety of options, it was clear that items had been sitting out far too long. For example, the breads we selected were rock hard and the vegetables were becoming tough by the time we showed up. Another major area of improvement was in the desserts, with the pecan pie being outright bad and the other options either uninteresting or not very tasty. With that said, the turkey and roast beef options were great and the shrimp available was delicious. The bourbon selection was also nice overall, however if you're looking for rarer options they weren't on the menu while we were there. A perfectly fine Thanksgiving buffet, however I don't believe we will be coming back."

"My family took me to Brookwood Grill for my birthday. The food and the service were great! Even my grandsons liked the food. We brought a birthday cake which the server kept in the kitchen for us. When we finished the meal she brought out the cake with candles and small plates. The server was excellent and the food arrived hot and within an acceptable amount of time. It was an enjoyable experience for all of us."

"Looked up Archie's on yelp and read they had the best breakfast in reno. A little skeptic I thought I would give it a try. Got the biscuits and gravy with the savory biscuit. Probably the best, fluffy tasting biscuit I have had. Gravy had chunks of sausage. Pancakes were nice and fluffy. All around great breakfast out of the main reno area. Parking lot is a little small and I missed the driveway the first time driving by. It was packed but there is a guy in the lot directing people where to park and make sure it was for Archie customers only."

"This place is definitely worth trying! Im looking forward to other things on the menu aside from the Ruben sammage I ordered... I stopped in on a mission for a friend to acquire something pretty sweet. Literally: deep. Fried. Twinkies. 2 for 5. Goes without saying they were awesome. I mean, I was on a mission. The folks behind the counter were very friendly and before I knew it, my order was in my hand ready to go. When I unwrapped my sandwich, I was impressed. The care that was obviously taken in packaging and presentation of what proved to be simply awesome. Seems like maybe they use special ingredients rarely used these days: a little love, and a lot of pride. And for that, I thank you!"

"While most of the other places where closed or already closed, I was lucky enough to find this gem! Super friendly staff and out of this world food! I really enjoyed everything! The sampler, the Calzone (small one) was big enough to feed two people! The wings where nice,juicy and crispy! And that Philly Cheesesteak, lord, was delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you are in the area!"

"The capese pizza was disgusting. We couldnt even eat it. The dough wasnt even cooked all the way. Also we customized the pizza which ended up costing us over $31 dollars. And the extra toppings we paid for. It actually seemed like we got less then normal if the premium topping we paid for, instead of even the normal amount that would normally be put on a pizza. And we did not get the other toppings we paid way to much for anyway. We did not get the potato salads either or the brownie. Also we only got 1 of the 2 orders if fried mushrooms we ordered, which iwill say those were really good. However we only got 1 of the 2 orders we paid for.The spaghetti barely had any sauce on it. And I tried to get a refund for the items we did not get, however nothing was ever done about it, and I was never contacted back like I was told I would be. And I paid $90 plus dollars. Will never order from here again. Had they made things right, I would have given them another chance. But to pay so much money and not even be ableto eat the pizza, and to not even get all of the food we ordered so they just kept my money and didnt give us everything we paid for anddidnt care to make it right, was just completely off putting. If Iwent into their resturant and ate their food and didnt pay for it, im sure they would call the police. So how is it any different if its the otherway around?"

"From the start, it was clear that this visit would not meet expectations. The restaurant was severely understaffed; it took ten minutes just to place our drink order, and another ten for the drinks to arrive. Our waitress forgot to bring straws, which took an additional five minutes to get—without any apologies, I might add. The service felt quite rude. After waiting at least 30 minutes for our food, I found it to be just mediocre and not up to the quality we've enjoyed in the past. The food preparation areas were unkempt, with food spilled across the counters. They were out of several key ingredients, including rice. It certainly wasn’t worth the trip. Additionally, the sauces appeared watered down, perhaps to cut costs. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location."

"Absolutely blown away. Best meal of our trip to Myrtle by far! The food and service in this location was outstanding! We started with the “tot-cho’s”, and they were so good. The Gouda cheese sauce was a great twist. The wings were unreal. They’re HUGE! Typically when you go to sports bars you get those frozen dinky wings. These were fresh not frozen (and you can tell), lots of meat on the bone, cooked perfectly! I got the garlic burger, and I can’t stop talking about it! Best burger of my life! Wife got salmon sandwich, and loved it. Drinks were tasty as well! I got the watermelon margarita, it was refreshing, and delicious. Wife got the spiked Arnold palmer and again great flavor, and refreshing. Manager came by the table, he was friendly, personable, and it was a nice touch. Server was friendly, and attentive. I can’t say enough about this place. Would definitely return!"

"We had a reservation and were seated at a table that was essentially the lobby to the bathrooms and a door to the kitchen. When the bathroom doors opened, I could literally see a toilet! Who in their right mind puts a table in this location? We asked to be moved. The food was edible, but nothing to get excited about. You have to stand in line to create your own dish; then you wait (a long time) for it to be stir fried and delivered to you. We ordered appetizers and the waiter insisted we get the “trio” since we were already ordering two. He brought one, but the other two didn’t show up until a minute before our main course arrived. The “raspberry tea” is not really raspberry tea — it is regular (bad) iced tea with raspberry syrup — really nasty!! Never again!"
