"From the start, it was clear that this visit would not meet expectations. The restaurant was severely understaffed; it took ten minutes just to place our drink order, and another ten for the drinks to arrive. Our waitress forgot to bring straws, which took an additional five minutes to get—without any apologies, I might add. The service felt quite rude.
After waiting at least 30 minutes for our food, I found it to be just mediocre and not up to the quality we've enjoyed in the past. The food preparation areas were unkempt, with food spilled across the counters. They were out of several key ingredients, including rice. It certainly wasn’t worth the trip. Additionally, the sauces appeared watered down, perhaps to cut costs. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location."
