Your staff and or you are lying, I previously left you five stars because I truly do understand that these things happen but after seeing your reply I brought it down to a 1 star. Why? Because ACCOUNTABILITY is important and instead of owning your mistakes, you went ahead and tried to blame another establishment and make up excuses for your employees. Bad business. And I’m more then qualified to make that assessment. Good luck!Imagine being a cook, making this, looking at it wrapping it up and sending it to a paying customer. Lol They even tried scraping it and still did a horrible job because it still tasted burnt. I’m sure you’re a great establishment but it just didn’t show today. Not for me at least….I won’t tarnish your rating because I’d hate to be that guy but I still have to be honest so that no one in the future receives an item that they payed for and can’t even eat lol"
