"Where do I start? The Madison was the second place I looked at. I was toured by a former event coordinator Julie who was so friendly and informative - I left the venue and called to book it in the car! She was amazing to work with and very accommodating. Then Covid comes. The Madison postulates stress free! They gave me reasonable options for posting or were willing to work with me to help my event happen in the current CDC guidelines, they now have a nice tent). I decided to move and it was seamless. I've heard horror stories from other brides about difficulties in posting and none of them happened to The Madison. I was rejected to another event coordinator after Julie that I only worked for a few weeks, then I was resigned to Thomas. Again a seamless transition. It was like he worked with me at my wedding. This is a GOD-SEND. He is kind, kind, courteous, and you can absolutely say that he loves his career. He made me feel that we were the only event that happened, although they have tons of different types of events at The Madison all the time! He always did everything and everything he could to eliminate any worry or stress not that I was given much to worry. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our wedding day was 100% perfect and Thomas and the entire staff knocked it out of the park. They worked flawlessly with all my sellers a day, dressed my decorations perfectly, and were quick with dinner service and friendly for the guests. The food was fantastic, the place looked stunning, and all my guests told me how impressed they are. Not many had heard about The Madison, but they all remembered it. I can't thank the staff, and Thomas, enough for what they did. Thomas turned a year that for many couples with shifts became a stress-free experience for us. My bride party loved him too! We also held our tasting dinner at The Madison and it was just as perfect as our wedding day! Up to every server, we make sure we had what we needed. If you are not sure where to host your wedding, or any event for this matter - I recommend The Madison. You will not be eating, drinking, to service You will impress your guests!"
