"I?ve been here a few times, the food is usually good, but my last visit was not a good experience. The Galleria location has changed, it?s now located on the Hill Country Galleria side of Hwy. 71, near Barnes Noble. To start, we stood at the entrance for almost 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged by the staff. It was a Saturday at lunch, so there was a decent crowd, but we weren?t even acknowledged. Some elderly folks came in behind us, one with a walker, and they weren?t acknowledged either! I finally asked the bartender if we sat ourselves or continue waiting, he said someone would, ?Be along soon.? We sat at the window with a beautiful view, but the service was painfully slow, and my order was wrong. I ended up only eating egg rolls because I was tired of waiting. I won?t be back."
