"We decided to get our food to go. We tried the banh cuon combo, which was delicious, although the fish sauce was a bit too sweet for me. I personally like my banh cuon a bit thicker with more filling. The restaurant makes it very thin with minimal filling, possibly reflecting the style of the region it comes from. We also ordered the bun rieu, which was pretty tasty, although I would have preferred it without the fried shallots."
