"Food is never consistent. Tostones were super salty and Pernil was dry. They brought the food and green sauce was spilled all over the bag. They buzzed wrong apartment and then they took the food back to restaurant. It was raining and when they broughtit back it was all wet and cold. They didn't even have the common sense to change the bag. Also delivery guy got mad cause hehad to come back and was alittle rude. I told him straight up to talk to shorty who answers the phone and that's not my problemhe had to come twice. He said he's all wet, I said it's water you're not gonna melt. This place is a hot mess. I wouldn'trecommend this place to anyone and won't ever eat there again.????"

"We had a wonderful time, this was my 3rd time at viva toro and it was not disappointed. My only complaint was that we took a limited 90 minutes from mimosas and our server a while to cut us into our time, but I feel that he was somewhat overwhelmed that they were packed and he was very friendly otherwise 10/10 I think the 90 minutes should begin when you get your first batch not when you sit. Food and dj were fabulous"

"The food was good. The chicken was kind of over cooked but the dark meat was good. The rice was a bit dry which is shocking because it's usually better regardless of what else I buy. The cassava was so good but needed more vinegar. The sweet plantains were good but the green were over cooked as well."

"The cow foot soup is super good...bought a medium in the plastic container and decided to sit right there in the restaurant and drink it and was charged $1 extra. That bothered me but the soup made up for it.Food: 5/5"

"The food was good overall, but the pork chop was overcooked and tough, almost like chewing gum. The chicken was tasty, and while the steak was a bit overdone, everything else was enjoyable—just not the pork chop."

"We came here after work for Happy Hour, the drinks ? were definitely good, with also a nice selection to choose from and no everything wasn’t a margarita ? . Had some Hookah as well but bad thing is they only have 1 flavor which was Mint. Chill vibe with some good music playing. The service was good, food came out on time. We had the beef empanadas and the Churrasco Sushi roll which was delicious ?.Looks like I’ll be back here for the Happy Hour again ?."
