"Although it is the only Brazilian steakhouse (at least as far as I know), this business does not seem to be drawn in very large masses, the times I went there (and this is too popular in the weekend). This is probably due to its half lack of luster salad bar, occasionally hard meat, and really terrible customer service. I'm not really talking about the guys who take the meat out, but the waiters/wachers. Seriously, be ready to wait 20 minutes before they pay you your check and finish. I find that somewhat unthinkable (because it's not like the place is busy to take your attention away). Sometimes it seems that these people are paid to just stand and talk to each other (the bartender looks safe like it)."
