"Great smoothies and bowls, but terrible customer service! I was on a no Carb week and did not want bananas in my smoothie, so instead I asked for vegan chocolate protein and some peanut butter. They put clearly 3 or more tablespoons of peanut butter when I asked it to be restored, they said that what I requested. May I? ve had the same combination in Guaarapo, Smoothie Spot and Smoothie King and it didn't taste like I was drinking peanut butter. It was so much I could see that lumps of peanut butter came out of the straw. They refused to fix it. The next time my sister asked a cafe of life not to realize that it was a juice instead of a smoothie. When I go to pick up our order and ask if she can cancel the juice she said?t and I had to take it or cancel my entire order. I hadn't even picked up the juice from the refrigerator or even touched it. It was?t until I asked to talk to the manager, they decided to allow me to pay the $2 difference to order a smoothie. Bad customer service ever!"
