"We made a reservation and arrived on time, but no one acknowledged us. Finally, the manager looked at us and asked if we were waiting for a table. After waiting for 20 more minutes and at least six different staff members passing by us, we decided to leave. We never had the opportunity to taste the food, and we would not return due to the poor experience."

"We attended mother's day buffet. Food was OK but not top notch. i expected, but didn't see, pasta station, omelet maker, etc. Service was fair, but acceptable. What was not acceptable to me was an included, and hidden, 22% tip for a buffet. We won't be going back."

"It was a bit confusing as to how it worked. We were in the lounge section and someone “pointed “ us to where our table was. Then it took at least minutes for the server to come. We had to ask how to proceed. Although she was very nice we had to keep looking for her for help. Walking across the entry to get to the food was frustrating as there were people coming in, people leaving and those with full plates of food that we had to navigate through. Then no one picked up our dirty plates! You definitely needed more servers for the amount of people there. My suggestion is each room should have their own food station which would alleviate all the confusion. You wouldn’t lose any seating as the tables would replace the food station."

"Went in to visit with my sister! Food was perfect and lemontinis were delish! Tommy on the piano was the finishing touch for a night out! Our server was excellent and we at in the bar area, hate I didn’t get her name. I don’t like waitstaff that infuse themselves in your conversation or come to the table all the time, like they do at seafood resolution. Her timing was spot on, my steak was perfect!"

"This is a wonderful old San Francisco treat. I had not had a Ramos fizz for 30 years and the rolls they start you with are spectacular. We had a wonderful outside table and everyone in my party of 4 loved their food. The jellied donuts were a wonderful dessert. We will definitely return."

"Our service and our server Danielle was amazing! She was very fun and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She was able to assist us along the way in making our menu choices iambs was probably one of the very best waitresses that we have ever had to be quite honest. "First off.. my wife and I moved to hammonton from o.c. this place was one of the first places we chose to eat. I gotta say everytime we ordered my wife gets what she wants but my food for some reason is always messed up. It's like covid has really messed up people's heads in the restaurant business. They have entirely too many people making food and standing around not to mention the girls who take the orders on their phones constantly while waiting to pick up food. I order a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak wrap and get a sub with no cheese, withered lettuce on it, and barely any buffalo sauce. I order same everytime but I get a wrap with again...withered lettuce which I never heard of any Italian restaurant or restaurant in general putting cold lettuce with hot chicken, no cheese and barely any buffalo sauce. My wife gets the same pizza all the time (margarita) it comes to the house cold. You guys seriously need to do better! I'll never order again.."

"This is my favorite restaurant. I have been spoiled with fresh made pasta because of them and can't eat at Italian that doesn't make their own pasta now, lol. My husband doesn't eat pasta but goes with me because I adore it. He does love their tuna appetizer and once they had this huge tomahawk steak and he was in heaven. We go more frequently if they severed this more often because he would be more inclined to go so please bring it back lol. I love the white pasta with olives and pancetta. For Mt birthday last year they brought out a complimentary chocolate dessert, I don't know what it was called but it was chocolate and inside was ice cream and the best dessert I ever had. I love to go here for special occasions or just a regular week night. I frequently get take out as well. Husband says do the tomahawk steak more often or make it a regular menu item lol. We always have great service."

"all time fav. no matter what it is. napoli 2 has a meal for it! the scallops, seabass are always amazing! the arancini with which you can never go wrong, no matter what combination of the night. I must always have the stack salad that is a caprese with roasted paprika and blinken fried auberginen! the pastas always change, but the quattro frommagio or the goat ravioli always a good option! you can't go wrong with any of their pastas and then dessert! her brotpudding is phenomenal with the rum-chata sauce!"

"I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite calling ahead to let them know I would be arriving 15 minutes early at 4:15 instead of 4:30, there was no one outside to greet us and our table was not set. The server didn't take our drink order or greet us until we had been sitting there for five minutes. When we are spending a significant amount of money on a company dinner, we expect better service. The person who answered the phone was helpful and said there would be no issue, but upon arrival, it was clear that the staff was not prepared to open. This was on a Friday night, and I believe they can do better."

"It has been a while since I have been to Baldwin but was in the area scouting for Pizza Hunters App. Customer service was amazing. Positive experience at the counter. Super friendly and helpful. Had the Margarita slice which was very good. This is a big slice with a big crust. Solid on all categories. Not sure the big crust would grade the highest in tournament competition, but it was above average for sure. I will be going back soon to sample other slices for sure."

"The food was DELICIOUS! Kinda expensive, but definitely worth it for quality, taste and service. We sat outside to be sure of COVID and it was so beautiful! There was no waiting time and we went at 6:30, 7:00 on Thursday. Our waitress was super friendly and recommended Italian sodas with our meals. We have a vanilla and a mango passion fruit I highly recommend! The service was super fast, which was great as we were super hungry. "This was not a positive experience at all. It was ****, through and through. The service was slow and rude. I think disinterested is a better word. That dude couldn 't have cared less if we ate dinner or paid our taxes. He was not going to be attentive or polite. The food was garbage. Their marinara was thick ketchup with less flavor. This is the only Italian restaurant in the free world where you walk out and are still hungry. The amount of food on the plate made me think I ordered off the kid 's menu. When I asked for some Hot Giardiniera he brought out two thimbles full. He asked if I wanted both. I said I NEEDED both. Also I asked for Italian dressing and got balsamic dressing. I was too hungry to wait and this cat was not coming back any time soon. I was famished so I ate but would have gotten better food at an Olive Garden in Kentucky. My date 's seafood salad was interesting. I didn 't know celery was a seafood. Her salad was basically celery and some thawed out calamari rings. I told the waiter they were frozen. He promised they were fresh and freshly prepared. He lied. They were frozen and then thawed and thrown in a bowl with some oil and a lot of celery. My date has never sent back a meal ever. This was the first one I ever saw her refuse. The calamari seemed to have the word GOODYEAR stamped on the side of it. There is nothing anyone can ever do to get me back into that place. Bad food. Bad service. This place should be condemned. Go across the street to The Rainbow Cafe for a good meal. This place is awful."
