"I had made reservations for 2, but when we got there, we stood in the cramped entryway for 5 minutes(! before someone noticed us and decided to come seat us (and there were many open and clean tables . The ambiance was above average, and there was a live piano player, which was kind of nice. The food was also good, although at $17 per plate, was probably on the pricier side for a moderate Italian restaurant away from downtown. Aside from being ignored for 5 minutes after we came in, the service was also a bit sub-standard. Our waiter gave a courtesy check on us shortly after the food arrived, and gave us a water bottle for the table for us to refill our waters, but never came around again until we finished. In the meantime, when the water bottle ran out out, he never came back to replace or refill it, which makes eating hot Italian food problematic. Overall, not an entirely wasted dinner, as the food was good. That said, the food itself probably wasn't worth the price to visit again, and the service was lacking and simply not competitive with other restaurants."
