"August16, 2021 Update: TDT/Chef Shombe catered a birthday party for us this last weekend. All of our guests enjoyed all of the food, it was a hit!! Smoked chicken, salmon, ribs, tips, mac cheese, green beans baked beans plus that delicious BBQ sauce. Chef delivered the food early kindly assisted by bringing the folding table inside for me. _________________________ OMG, so delicious!! We ordered a large rib tip dinner and beef hot links (Chicago style), baked beans with meat, macaroni cheese and green beans. This is the best BBQ and sides, we loved the sauce too. Enough for both of us to eat 3 or 4 meals. Note it is inside Shell gas station, but don't let.that stop you from getting take-out. Very clean space, friendly staff, great menu variety. Chef Shombe is the truth!! He's catering our next party."
