"I’m so sad… All I wanted was to have some hot… at least warm chicken strips. Nope. My mom’s order of fried chicken was bone dry. Clearly our food had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. Then there was a hair on top of her chicken ??I wouldn’t normally post about something like this but the quality issues have happened repeatedly (and not just from this location) I know it gets busy but it’s so frustrating to sit down for dinner and you can’t even chew it. I gave a second star only because the ppl at the drive thru were super nice. Please stop recycling your food Bill Millers!"
