"I've never been posting anything, but this place is so bad that I had to, and that wasn't my first bad experience at this place. No one ever answered. several cars in the inside thru drove up, placed orders and drove around. so I finally went up to the window. I said no one recognized my annoyance. the answer I got: someone should have. we will say that no one has done it and again I got the answer: someone should have. then I said, I would like to give up an order, and I was told that I must go back through the drive thru, because that is the only one away as they could take my order. guess what. left and never back. Never go. this is a spot on the mcdonald’s franchise."

"flew to the restaurant to place my order and sat at the counter for more than five minutes because the kiosk said to go to the counter. Finally I said sorry to me three times and what appeared to be tomorrow manager turned and looked at me and said: "they get it"! I confused a moment, said ok and I went to go the door and I said no and I turned around and said, excuse me again, I never placed my order. the manager said with the setting “You must put it on the kiosk!” I said I would, but it tells me to go into the counter. I guess I'm just going. this mcdonald’s has gone downhill. the lack of human interaction when they run in the door is ridiculous."

"20 minutes from getting in line (3 cars back from ordering) to getting my order and leaving. By the time I left the line was nearly out to bell road. Inexcusable. Either they don’t account for shrink or they are just poorly managed. With Wendy’s taking less than 3-5 minutes I’ll never come back here. Unless you like being late to work, go somewhere else.Update: 2 to 1 star Food was cold. Hash brown was fried in awful tasting grease. Coffee ordered half sweet was not edible due to extreme amount of syrup and milk/cream used. Unfortunately another fast food place to avoid up in this 303/bell area that just cannot seem to get it right."

"we stopped here on the way to work. we waited 10 minutes for a trip thru. only 3 people before us. we ordered a 10pc mc nugget, sweet and sour sauce and a number 6. we are going to work. it takes about 15 minutes to get to work. they gave us a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a 10pc and honeysard instead of sweeter and acidic sauce. So I drove back 15 minutes. then I had to wait for 20 minutes. instead of saying, hey, keep this sandwich here is the new 10pc. and sweet and sour sauce they took everything back. at least they could have said they think it's their problems. but no, gas is still $4 a gallon and apparently I had to put almost an hour of my life on the hips because they can't put together a job. that's so wrong, on so many planes. I'm sorry I didn't see these reviews before I'm here."

"I just ordered from this location thru Uber eats. The fast service and hot food and coffee that arrived at my door was AMAZING! So much love for this restaurant after this experience. They made sure I had plenty of cream and sugar and the meal was still hot when it arrived. Food was great. I only have nice things to say about this McDonalds. :"

"if I could give no stars, I would. the people who command are very rude! (no one asked you to work for mcdonalds) when I got my food, they did not give me our fries. I ordered 3 meals. the meals come with a fry and a drink. but at this point I don't think, and if they ask for the things they've already paid, the cash is going crazy. I would not recommend this mcdonald to a faithful dog. they probably spit into eating or give out old eating as they have done with my fries! I'll never be back!"

"I placed a mobile order at this restaurant 4 days ago, but unfortunately some items were missing when I picked it up. I called the manager and she kindly told me to come back whenever I could to receive the missing items. I returned 4 days later and they happily provided the missing items. The meal I had was in a category other than a regular meal, and the price per person was between $10-20. The food quality, service, and atmosphere all received a 5-star rating. I would recommend trying their hamburger."
