"Very good roasted chicken and mostly fresh. I have 3 MAJOR complaints about this business. One, how did you not offer potatoes or baked potatoes and instead offer some dirty rice that is a bowl authentic dirty rice. Secondly, why don't you have any more workers to resist all traffic that comes through Drive-Thru? You know that customers usually have to wait between 45 min-1:30 on the drive thru because all are very underused and have no efficient way to take the high demand of orders. For me, this is the use of customers and not your loyal customers. Last and more important, why don't you let customers in order to order / food?? Is that really too much to ask? Y'all treat your customers like dirt, just because many from a depleted area it seems, and that's not right. For BETTER FRIED CHICKEN, try Mia's table in Oberkirby or Grace' on Kirby. Will come anyway at similar prices as this place is calculated as a gourmet restaurant, but treats its customers as worthless TRASH."
