"Despite making a reservation and calling ahead to let them know we were celebrating a retirement, we still had to wait to be seated at the restaurant. Even though the restaurant was only half full, they crammed our party of seven into a small area not suited for that many people. After sitting for 15 minutes without being served, I had to go to the hostess to inquire about our table. Eventually, a server who was not assigned to us ended up taking care of our table for the rest of the evening. The food was decent, but it took a long time to be served, leaving us feeling frustrated. We had ordered a cake for the retirement celebration, but it was never brought out to us; instead, we received just the check. When we spoke to the manager about our disappointments, all he said was that he had noted the cake on our reservation and did not understand why it was not brought out. This was the second time we had a similar experience at this location, and it has left us uncertain if we will return."
