"When I walked in and saw the locals eating there, I knew we had come to the right place. Our waitress asked if this was our first time. When we said yes, she brought out a rib for each of us to sample. We had previously decided to get ribs. That simply sealed the deal. We ordered ribs for two. When the plates arrived, hiding under the buttered toast was six meaty bones of smoked goodness. I ate them without sauce to get the full flavor. We had the nicest waitress, as well. She happily answered our questions and made sure we had what we needed. The food is plentiful, and the prices are reasonable. If I lived here, this would definitely be a place that I would regularly visit. It's at the top of my list the next time I'm in town."
