"I rarely write reviews, but I had a bad experience at this restaurant twice, years apart. Both times, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The woman at the front counter didn't even speak to me. When I placed my order with the chef, my card was returned without a word. Another customer asked a question about her meal and was met with anger from the staff. To top it off, there was a cockroach crawling near my feet when I sat down. I will never be returning to this place and will be contacting the health department. There are plenty of other seafood restaurants in Memphis to choose from. Avoid this place and find somewhere where customers are treated better."
