"Although the restaurant was louder than anticipated the noise level lessened so we could hear each other after a little while. The waiter allowed us to catch up before we ordered and came back when necessary. We both had the chop salad and it came with the dressing on the side without having to ask for it. The salad was delicious and very fresh."

"The drinks and food here are amazing. The servers are super friendly. This place has a great ambience. If you sit outside, you are in the middle of the beautiful movement in the old town of Monrovia. My husband and I love to stop for refreshing spirits and delicious food. Absolutely recommend Basin 141. You won't regret it."
