"We love Smoothie King but this location in Tomball is so bad. The customer service is awful. We drove up, the lobby was empty and there was no in line ahead of us. She asked us what we wanted in the drive through, and as we started out order she said “wait” then came and said “what do you want?” We placed our order and she said “what” twice. We finally get that situated and we pull up to the window and the guy says “you had one or two?” We watched for five whole minutes as the two employees joked around pushing each other. Then they started our shakes. In total, we were there for 25 minutes for 2 of the same shakes. Awful. Never coming back to this location."
