"two different experiences? so my man and I decided to go to red lobster I've eaten it for a long time and I waited to go four days, it's my favorite place and I was excited, well here it's totally wrong we were greeted and everything was nice, we were satisfied and we have approached our waitress the tables that were quite young but not at all friendly, I put my order for we have never got their delicious cookies so we decided to stand up and go when they bring the icy and wee and the wee on the table slammt when I will get up to go, I told her that her service sucks, she said thank you very much to them! I told my man that she didn't want to ruin my experience to go to the lacantera and let her tell them the difference there was completely different, we had a great experience our waitress was friendly friendly knowledge took our order and brought my wine, glass water the ice cream, the two salads and cookies at the same time I can't tell them how great the experience was. over $90 today it is a lot of money, so yes I expect a great service, not perfect, but at least great the waitress at the first location must absolutely know how to treat the customers."

"Surprisingly we got a table as soon as we got there and they were busy because they are awesome! My husband and I shared the a seafood dip which was out of this world I had the lobster linguini and he had the ultimate surf and turf with a 6oz filet mignon Maine lobster tail and scallops wrapped with bacon also their famous garlic cheese biscuits they would have 5 stars but the waiter wasn't professional. Finally we got a piece of key lime pie! Definitely will be going back again and again!"

"The first time after Red Lobster in many years. We were disappointed by the boy. My wife, I took our two children at 1730. There was no waiting for a table. Our waitress came out and ordered and brought our drinks. We ordered our food. Absolutely nothing was right. No excuse. Never seen a manager. Long initial food delays, and even longer on spending the right food. Absolutely terrible service. The right food was okay. Nothing special, but nothing wrong. Although they weren't the least busy, we needed a total of 1.5 hours to get in and out. There were several waitresses standing around. Remember, our 2 5 year old children were with us, we were able to overhear their conversations containing vulgar language. They even sat in a booth and made their homework and talked about their graduation from Manchester College. At least she was not worried and talked about killing herself like the others. For $93 before the tip we like to go from now on elsewhere. Lesson learned. This place is not what he used to be."

"Made a special date visit when we saw the shrimp special. Plenty of parking, quick seating. Service was excellent and food was hot and tasty. We each tried 3 styles. My wife got the Crispy Dragon, Walt's best and Coconut shrimp. I got the Crispy Dragon, Walt's Favorite and Skewered shrimp. We both got side salads to start, then she a Loaded Baked Potato and I the Rice Pilaf. I had wanted to try the Shrimp Rangoon but they were out due to supply issues. Salads came quickly, cold, crisp and delicious. Not long after our meals came. Now we do visit frequently and my wife's favorite is always the Coconut shrimp but she had never tried the Grilled Skewers and she loved them! That smoky flavor got her hooked. My favorite was the Crispy Dragon, even though not a lot of heat. Great food, wonderful service from Cody our server. And one plate was plenty. We actually took a few shrimp plus our sides home with us! Plus a nice Military discount. Marvelous!"

"The parking lot was packed, so we decided to give it a shot and see how long we would wait for a table, was 3 parties waiting for a table ahead of us. So we were told by the hostess that our wait for a table would be about 10 min. So it seems off to me but in fact, it was about 10 minutes when the manager got a table ready for us and even walk us to our table mention that our server would be with us shortly when the server approach we weren't even ready but he took our drinks. It wasn't hard to choose when I was told it was an endless shrimp choice. So we got our salad and then before finish the salad the food arrives. Was really fast I was surprised because the place was fully booked. Food was so good that I took some more Garlic shrimp, breaded shrimp and some spicy one. Manager and server approach table a couple of times to make sure we were ok. The drink never hit the bottom. I was satisfied with service and food was awesome. One of the best restaurants in Piqua to eat. And one of the best servers I ever have in a restaurant period. Compliments to friendly staff and Manager"

"I was a Red Lobster virgin and never having had a cheesy biscuit before I was quite taken with the deliciousness of them! The soy salmon with Brussels sprouts, rice and salad was great, truly much better than I expected. My friend’s admirals feast was plentiful and he said quite good. Servers were very polite and competent. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would return. Tiny little thing I saw that shouldn’t have been; I could easily see the dust accumulated on the room dividing ledge. Didn’t affect the nice meal, but, a little yucky."

"I love my neighborhood Red Lobster! I enjoy the warm cookies they bring to my table. The appetizers, like the stuffed mushrooms and seafood pizza, are delicious. The lobster pasta is a must-try for those who enjoy creamy and rich dishes. The regular lobster dishes are also tasty. "When I came here for dinner... I had no expectations of having great service. Our waiter (Sarfina) is not sure whether I have spelled her name correctly or not. Was the best waitress EVER! Your personality was on the point and the SERVICE! She offered options/recommendations for food. She kept checking if we need anything. The food was hot and fresh... Alcoholic drinks were very good. Restaurant was clean and there was no waiting time, which is so. I plan to go back here for food and service. Victim You deserve 1000 stars!"

"GO TO RED LOBSTER ON E. COLONIAL!! Below are my last to experiences at this location (Waterford): My partner and I went for dinner one night, and we had to keep putting in different orders because the waiter kept coming back saying they were out. Our waiter also told us they were completely out of biscuits; however, they started handing them out again as we were about to leave. So, we were probably told they were out so we didn't wait around. Lastly, I had a free coupon for a dessert, or waiter told us RL's didn't do that one anymore. Saved the coupon and got the dessert no problem on E. Colonial. The last time we went with my parents for the endless shrimp we were one refill in when they told us they were out of everything but Walt's. My dad is the only one who likes the Walt's so it was a pretty big rip off. Wish they had the courtesy to tell us they were about out of everything, so we could have went somewhere else."

"was not long in a red lobster, but decided to try it again because they have the endless garnels montage. we started with the cocos and shrimp campi. both were bigger than I remember what was good and both tasted as we remember. Very good. for the second round we got the original garnels of the walts and the holzspieß. the spits are good, but the Teriyaki sauce is missing. we added a caesar salate and it was also very good and our waiter was nice enough to share an salate in two dishes so that we could share it. the kartoffel was disappointing because I remembered that it had the salt on the outside and was a very crispy skin that could be eaten. this kartoffel was just normal. the cheddarbiscuits were delicious and our winter brought us many of them. as we spoke of our waiter, joshua was excellent. we have slept our drinks full of sleep, have brought us many cloves and cookies. I checked and brought fresh cookies to go with us. the manager wasn't so attentive. when we came to the restaurant, no one was at the front stage. understandable because they are safe as everywhere else among servants. but the manager saw us standing there and never came up to say something like hey we will be right with them or something like that. we also sat at the bar and heard him as what I would think to be rude for a customer waiting for an order. when we went on, he was on the stand of the host and never told us a word. How about a thank you for coming? or was everything in order? that is the reason for the 4 stars."

"Went here today for lunch. Decided to try their steak and lobster with shrimp deal and a double order of Orzo rice. My daughter wanted the grilled shrimp with orange wedges and my friend had the chicken pasta. Food took a bit to get to us. When I got it, my daughter's order had popcorn shrimp instead of grilled shrimp, so we had to get that remade for her. My shrimp were coated with what I was told butter, but the coating was so thick, I had to wipe it on my napkin. When I cut into the steak, I noticed it wasn't rare either, it was Well. They remade it. But it was medium. I was too hungry at that point to care. The lobster was also bland. I had a better lobster tail at outback steakhouse last night. And that's a steak restaurant. I know I shouldn't order steak at a seafood restaurant, but if you offer surf n turf, please know how to cook it. Probably will be keeping Red Lobster off the menu, especially since we were informed so much stuff was premade."

"I have never had a negative experience at Red Lobster and have had multiple birthday dinners there all around the country. The food is consistently delicious, although it can be a bit expensive at times, but I don't think it's overpriced. During this visit, the food was superb, although the server was a bit slow, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. It made for a wonderful date night for my girlfriend and me.
