"Terrible service! I placed an order through DoorDash and over 30 minutes have passed without any updates. I called the restaurant to check on my order, as there was no progress showing on the app. The woman I spoke to on the phone seemed rushed and didn't really check for my order; she simply told me to contact DoorDash for more information. According to DoorDash, this restaurant only uses their own couriers, which means I can't track my order through the app. This makes no sense! If that's the case, the restaurant should reconsider using DoorDash or any third-party delivery service, as this lack of tracking creates a lot of uncertainty for customers. When we place an order, our payment is withdrawn, but there's no way to know the status of the delivery. This experience has been hugely disappointing. After this review, I urge them to rethink their delivery methods because this isn't helpful for customers at all."
