"I am a very satisfied and returning customer. Today, I had no idea about reservations and open seating. Turned away at first for no seats available to walk ins, I ran to the car to make a quick reservation, only to be told that it was an “open table” booking? But they didn’t just send me away! They saw our confusion and casually explained the booking policy. Shortly thereafter we were offered seats at the bar and told it was full service. So we were accommodated and we actually had a very awesome time. The seafood pallela was delicious, even catering to my pescatarian needs ! The King Carnival was on point as usual and we even got history behind this very unique and intriguing wooden carving at the front door. Will be back very soon and thank you to the managers at the front for your empathy and dedication to customer service!"

"I went out for a birthday dinner and want to thank Tucker for the excellent hospitality. We enjoyed our food, especially the beef empanadas which are a must-try. My coconut shrimp with rice and broccoli was delicious, and I also appreciated the birthday shot included. I tried the dragon fruit margarita, which was pretty refreshing. Reservations are a must as it was very busy for a Sunday evening, but thanks to using OpenTable to set it up ahead of time, we didn't have to wait long."

"Busy and chaotic, ladies bathroom was a mess, tile floors wet and dangerous, food lukewarm but did not bother to say anything as did not want to wait, bizarre checkout system at table but could not find server for printout of receipt and 2 other servers said they could not help, oh well looks like I will choose another restaurant in that area next time"

"this restaurant was very good earlier, but now it seems to be in the decline. Although the restaurant was not busy and we had a reservation, the host couldn't put us down because the seats were not cleaned and we had to wait for our table until he got something to clean it himself. the waitress did good work, but our dirty dishes stacked on our table instead of taking them away. she would just stack her and leave her without her. the food was good, but the ground beef was not detectable in the plate I ordered. it could have been considered vegetarian. Hopefully they will be able to set up their standards before it will only be a quicker eating place."

"We went there for Father’s Day -early dinner. The reservation worked very well and we were seated outdoors quickly. Other than parking lot traffic outside the restaurant, the table was very good. Service was prompt and very good. The drinks (Bahama Mama and Pain Killers) were very good as were the meals all reasonably priced too. We have been here before but this was the best of all of them. I recommend this restaurant and it’s bar. A fun place!"

"The food and beverages were as expected. It was a warm summer's night, so we opted to sit outside. Unfortunately the musical entertainment thought they were at a rock concert and it was impossible to communicate, even to place our order. I was told by the waitress that the manager keeps telling the entertainer to lower the volume but he would not do so. The manager himself stopped at our table to tell us he had no control over the hired entertainment and we should expect every Saturday night to be this way outside. So, basically, let the diner beware! The fish tacos were good (2 were very filling, but there is an option for 3 . Their version of a Bahama Mama was also refreshing. I was told the chicken sandwich was also good (he especially liked the sauce . Basically good place with a nice vibe. If you go on a Saturday night, bring earplugs or expect your ears to be ringing and no conversation (which could be good if you're there with someone you don't want to talk to . :"

The only thing weird it seemed the physical property maintenance inside the building floors en route and in bathrooms etc. was just a little off. Like there were pools of water and stuff. But great service, food, easy reservation and adjustments to it, I was very happy. And a detractor that asked me to change the venue because it supposedly had gone down hill, told me how great her food was, and had a good time. So nice job, guys!"
